Abstract

Students often manage multiple subjects, assignments, projects, and academic tasks at the same time. This can make it difficult to organize tasks, set priorities, remember deadlines, and monitor progress. Digital task-management tools can help students organize their academic responsibilities, while artificial intelligence can provide recommendations and planning support. This study aims to develop an AI-assisted mobile application for student assignment and task management. The application will allow students to organize assignments by subject, set due dates and priorities, monitor task status, create subtasks, and receive reminders. The AI component will assist students by suggesting task priorities and possible subtasks based on the information they enter. The study will use a developmental research design that focuses on the planning, design, development, testing, and improvement of the mobile application. Existing literature and related applications will be reviewed to identify appropriate features and requirements for the system. The developed application will undergo system testing to check whether its features work according to their intended functions. The expected output is a working mobile application that combines academic task management with AI-assisted support to help students organize their academic responsibilities, manage tasks, and monitor their progress in one place.
